Come stay in this 1928 Craftsman style home in Historic Havelock. Completely renovated in a style close to the era it was built. The whole main floor is yours and your party's. Sit on the front porch and enjoy people watching or move to the backyard patio area and enjoy each other's company. There are two entrances into the property, you may use both. Both doors have keyless secure locks. There are four cameras on property, one on the front porch. One in the rear entry hallway. The other two cameras are on the front and back of the garage. Plenty of parking is available off the side of the house and off the alley (One spot is reserved for the basement tenant. It will be marked.)
 
Take a walk down Havelock Avenue to experience the local restaurants, bars, and shops. Have a steak at Misty’s and breakfast at the famous Engine House. Plan to stay in for ta cozy night, grab a phenomenal pizza from Isle’s Pub & Pizza. Don’t forget to stop at the local liquor store, Castle. A Russ’s grocery store is located right across the street if you want to enjoy a night in to create your own meal in the newly remodeled kitchen furnished with brand new appliances.
 
Have a glass of wine and sit in the living room to stream something new while staying warm in front of the electric fireplace. Or grab one of the books off the shelf and entertain yourself for a quiet night in. The house is equipped with board games and cards. If that isn’t your thing, bring your gaming console to participate in the latest Fortnite challenge.
 
Havelock House is located just minutes from downtown and the interstate. Check out Memorial Stadium, the Nebraska State Capital, or Sunken Gardens.
 
There are two bedrooms. One has a king size bed, smart TV, plenty of closet space, two luxurious spa style robes, and an Alexa. The north bedroom has a queen size bed, smart TV, a bit smaller closet and an Alexa. The third bed is in the sun porch. It is a full-size bed. There is an Alexa available in that room, also. The sun porch houses a breakfast nook area plus a place to play games or cards. There is also a washer and dryer available in the sun porch.
 
Children are welcome but be aware the house is not in any way childproofed. I will not be responsible for any accidents.
 
There is no smoking or vaping in the home. You may sit on the porch or patio area and smoke, if you are so inclined.
 
I live very close to the home. If there is anything you need, I can be there within five minutes. Feel free to ask for recommendations for food or local breweries.
