The Haymarket’s newest bar concept The “CASK” – Fermentations & Cocktails is open for business. Located at 728 “Q” street in the historic Lincoln Hide & Fur building, The “CASK” offers a wide variety of craft beers, boutique wines, top shelf spirits, and creative cocktails. The atmosphere is comfortable and loungy while the exposed brick walls, knotty pine tables, and featured iron wheels of the old elevator accentuates the craftsmanship and authenticity of the historic Haymarket. The concept is something different for the Haymarket and intends to add an element of style and creativity. We offer great happy hour specials, nightly features , cask conditioned beers, and live music on the weekends.
